| When will I be charged? |
Your credit card on file will be charged for the first month of the subscription when you sign up. We will reach out to you to finish setting up your subscription and then your card will be charged on the 15th of every month.

| Is there a registration fee? |
No, there is no registration fee, but by signing up for the club, you agree to a 12-month commitment.

| Can I cancel my subscription before the end of the 12 months? |
We do require that you commit to the entire year subscription and unfortunately cannot allow cancellations.

| How many fabrics will I receive? |
You will receive 10 different fabrics every month. That's 120 fabrics over the course of 12 months!

| When will the fabrics ship? |
We don't have an exact date of when they will arrive from the manufacturer, but rest assured that we will get these out to you just as quickly as we can!

| I live near the shop, can I come in to pick up my subscription? |
Yes, you can! However, you will need to decide at the beginning of the subscription whether you would like to have the fabric shipped or if you would prefer to come into the shop for the entire 12 months.
